Nick Rowe is a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) who received his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah.
When not working, Nick can be found in the mountains, on the water, or pretty much doing anything outdoors. He loves music and playing the guitar. He also enjoys playing/watching sports and is a loyal Utah Jazz fan. Nick has been married for 8 years and has one daughter Olivia who is four-years-old.
If you are interested in a therapist who merely listens and coddles, Nick may not be for you. However, if you are committed to working hard and embracing vulnerability, he will assist in helping you become the best you.
Nick utilizes an eclectic approach and tailors therapy to meet the needs of his clients individually. He has experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Nick is clinically trained in various modalities which include Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to combat intrusive and or irrational thoughts, Mind Body Bridging (MBB) to assist those struggling with trauma and or PTSD, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to overcome addiction. He also utilizes a number of mindfulness techniques to restore balance in the individual.

It is also for healthy people who want to better themselves or couples who are not satisfied with a mediocre relationship”.
