Grief and loss is on of the hardest things that we experience. It can happen over anything; the death of a loved one, the loss of a pet or a job, and even over disconnection in relationships.

In our specialized Grief and Loss Support Group, we will cover the following:

• Coping skills to help you heal and find satisfaction again in life
• Leading methods for overcoming different types of grief and loss
• How to rebuild struggling relationships and strengthening new ones
• Gaining insights and building hope from each other in the group
• Create new supportive connections to rekindle your confidence and find peace
  

The group will be held on Mondays from 5-6:30 pm and is ran by Dani Thurman.

The cost of the group is $25 dollars per session up front. $35 per session if paid monthly. $45 per session if paid monthly.
