He focuses on the survival part of the brain’s attempt to protect the individual from further pain and suffering, which causes struggle and stress. He helps individuals, couples, and families to disengage from their “natural man” brain system and better enlist their spiritual, rational, and emotional energies to live, grow, and enjoy life.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading, and writing, and has three published novels. He enjoys meditation, running, and martial arts. He is a dedicated family man and loves playing chess, backgammon, and crossword puzzles with his loving wife.
