Hi, I’m Nikki, I have a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My journey into this field stems from a deep desire to foster connection, healing, and personal growth. I am committed to developing a compassionate and supportive approach that empowers clients to create meaningful change.
I have gained extensive experience working with diverse populations in various settings:
Victims Advocacy: Provided compassionate support and resources for individuals who have experienced trauma, ensuring they receive the necessary care and guidance.
Case Worker: Assisted clients in accessing essential services, developing personalized plans to improve their well-being, and advocating for their needs.
Job Coaching: Guided individuals in how to: communicate effectively and efficiently, resolve workplace conflicts, develop interpersonal skills and to enhance employment opportunities in the future.
Behavioral Support in Schools: Helped teach children with essential skills in daily emotional and behavioral regulation, social interactions, how to stand up for themselves as well as getting along with their peers.
I believe that every person deserves to be understood, seen, valued and supported. My goal is to create a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.
