Audrey Delatorre is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern at Connections Counseling Services. Her passion for helping others began with her own personal experience with therapy, which deepened her commitment to supporting individuals in their mental health journeys.
Audrey earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University and is completing her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Audrey creates a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can feel at ease. She takes a client-centered approach, respecting each person’s unique experience and pace. Her sessions are led by her clients, meaning she follows your priorities and rhythm.
She believes that healing can only occur in a space free of judgment and strives to ensure that every person is met with understanding and empathy. Audrey shows up as an advocate for her clients, bringing open-mindedness and genuine support to every session.
Audrey believes that mental health is a necessity for living a fulfilling and balanced life. She is dedicated to empowering teens, individuals, and couples by providing the tools and guidance necessary to help them reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
Open-minded and always eager to learn, Audrey values the perspectives of her clients and seeks to collaborate with them to best address their needs and challenges.

Audrey sees clients at both the Orem and Murray offices, as well as via telehealth. She has daytime and evening availability throughout the week, including Saturday mornings.
Outside of the office, Audrey loves spending time with her husband and two cats, her friends and family, crafting, sports, or soaking up time in the sun.
