Lauren Heywood is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern with a background in psychology and mental health advocacy and awareness. Currently in the final year of her master’s program, she specializes in working with children and adolescents. With experience supporting teenagers facing mental health challenges, Lauren is dedicated to providing an empathetic, strengths-based approach using evidence-based treatments focused on solutions. She is passionate about creating a supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered.
Outside of therapy, Lauren enjoys musical theatre, spending time with her husband and daughter, and embracing her nerdy side with her siblings.
