Jenn Young is a Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma recovery, relationship healing, and personal growth. She is trained in Inner Child work, Clinical Hypnosis, EMDR and Regressive Meditations and is known for integrating evidence-based therapy with holistic and mind-body approaches to support deep, lasting healing.
Jenn works with adult individuals and couples. She believes that every person has the capacity to grow, transform, and create a life filled with peace, balance, and authenticity. Whether clients are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck and disconnected, Jenn helps them reconnect with their inner strength, improve communication, and create meaningful change. And when life brings unexpected or painful transitions, she supports clients in finding clarity, resilience, and a path forward.
Jenn describes her style as compassionate, collaborative, and insight-oriented. She provides practical tools, structured interventions, and reflective exploration to help clients better understand themselves and their patterns.
Her sessions are warm, supportive, and grounded in emotional safety, while also gently encouraging growth and accountability. The goal is not for you to be “fixed” or told what to do. It is for you to gain awareness, build on your strengths, and feel empowered to create the life and relationships you want.
Jenn believes that healing is a process, and happens through connection, awareness, and self-discovery.
