Lyndee Ledesma is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern passionate about helping individuals and couples find deeper joy, connection, and meaning in their lives. Currently pursuing advanced training in sex therapy, she focuses on guiding clients through challenges such as sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and relational disconnection. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where each person feels heard, respected, and empowered.

Drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches, she tailors her work to each client’s needs and values, always honoring the belief that individuals are the experts of their own lives. She strives to balance deep empathy with accountability, helping clients rebuild trust, strengthen intimacy, and rediscover self-worth—whether they’re navigating a personal crisis or seeking to enhance their relationships.

In-person and Telehealth sessions are available for flexible, accessible care.

Outside the therapy room, she spends her time with her husband and two young boys. Family fuels her heart, sports keep her energized, and the gym brings her balance.
