What to Expect Working with Jackie

Clients can expect a calm, compassionate, and collaborative environment. Jackie’s style is warm and intuitive. She strives to meet clients where they are while gently challenging patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

She focuses on creating a sense of safety and trust so clients feel comfortable being open and curious about their experiences. Sessions often incorporate mindfulness, reflection, skill-building, and practical strategies that support meaningful change.

Jackie describes herself as a collaborative and holistic therapist. She lets clients be intuitive to what they need and incorporates mindfulness to help stay grounded in what is really happening.

Philosophy on Healing

Jackie believes healing happens through living in alignment with our authentic, intuitive selves. When we connect to who we truly are, we can engage more fully with others and thrive in our relationships and lives.

Lasting change begins with insight, recognizing the cycles that keep us stuck and understanding who we are beneath them. From there, growth comes through intentional effort, self-compassion, and practice. Jackie views therapy as a collaborative process that helps clients gain awareness, take meaningful action, and move toward what matters most to them.

  • Life transitions (getting married, going to college, having kids)
