Connections Counseling Services is a Utah mental-health practice offering warm, specialized, evidence-based therapy in Orem, Murray, and online across the state. Our team of 20 clinicians — from licensed specialists to supervised associates and interns — helps individuals, couples, and families heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, betrayal, and addiction with compassion, never judgment.

We believe everyone deserves a place to be fully human — to be heard, understood, and helped without shame. Connections Counseling exists to make that kind of care accessible to Utah families: specialized enough to treat the hardest things, warm enough that you actually want to come back.
