Gentle Body Movement

In this group, we’ll practice simple, gentle movements that help you connect you with your body in a safe and supportive way. These movements—such as stretching, slow walking, or light yoga—are meant to be accessible to all bodies and energy levels, helping you feel more grounded and present.

Grounding Practices

Grounding tools—like breathwork and attention anchoring—help bring you back to the here and now. You’ll learn practical techniques to feel safer, calmer, and more in control, both in and outside of the group.

Reality Sensing

In this group, you’ll learn how to gently check in with what you actually see, hear, and feel—so you can reconnect with truth and let go of distorted or intrusive thoughts. This approach builds clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

Experiential Therapeutic Exercises 

Healing happens best when we feel connected and seen. Through shared activities like music, group games, creative expression, and humor we’ll build a space of belonging and support. They will help awaken joy, relax and change your relationship with social discomfort, and strengthen your connection to yourself and others.
