Jackie Johnson, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Jackie Johnson brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client’s story into the therapy room. She loves working with individuals, couples, families, teens, and children. She has experience supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Jackie creates a calming and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what healing might look like. She is particularly passionate about working with young adults handling life transitions, as well as helping couples strengthen their connection and communication.
Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies as well as her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University. Her clinical work is informed by evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Restoration Therapy, and the Gottman Method. She is a certified Gottman clinician and is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Jackie also draws from attachment-based and mindfulness approaches to support clients in building insight, improving relationships, and developing meaningful coping skills.
Outside of therapy, Jackie enjoys spending time with her friends and husband. She also enjoys crafting, scrapbooking, board games, and yoga.
