Dr. Victoria Hatton is a licensed psychologist at Connections Counseling Services. With more than a decade of experience working in public education as a school psychologist, she specializes in comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults.

Dr. Hatton has experience evaluating ADHD, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, executive functioning concerns, and social-emotional challenges that impact academic performance and daily functioning. As a practicing school psychologist, she brings a unique understanding of both clinical assessment and educational systems, helping families and clients translate evaluation findings into meaningful recommendations and supports.

Dr. Hatton works with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. She believes that a high-quality evaluation should do more than provide a diagnosis—it should help individuals better understand their strengths, challenges, and next steps for success at home, school, work, and in everyday life.

Education and Training

Dr. Hatton holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Utah, an Ed.S. in School Psychology from Brigham Young University, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Utah State University.

She has spent more than twelve years serving students and families in public education and continues to practice as a school psychologist. Her background allows her to bridge the gap between clinical assessment and educational planning, providing recommendations that are both evidence-based and practical.

Location and Availability

Dr. Hatton provides evaluation services at the Murray and Orem offices of Connections Counseling Services.

Because she currently practices as a school psychologist in Granite School District, she cannot accept clients who are enrolled in, or are parents of children enrolled in, schools within Granite School District.

A Little About Victoria

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Hatton enjoys reading historical fiction, riding her e-bike, and serving in her faith community. She is passionate about lifelong learning and helping individuals better understand themselves so they can thrive in school, work, and life.
