Katherine is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Connections Counseling Services. My clinical approach is eclectic and individualized, drawing from many sources such as cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, dialectical-behavioral, psychodynamic, narrative, and parts-informed modalities to support clients across a wide range of emotional, relational, and developmental concerns. I have certifications that range from Brainspotting to Reproductive Trauma to best practices for anxiety, and so much more.
I love working with adult individuals and couples, using my broad range of knowledge to empower, facilitate growth, and help clients understand the complexities that exist within themselves. I view this work as a process of coming home to yourself – remembering that you are more than the sum of your experiences.
In sessions, clients can expect a collaborative and compassionate space where their story is met with curiosity, not judgment. Together we can explore unhelpful patterns, heal long-held pain, and cultivate new ways of thinking through using my eclectic style to best tailor services to you.
My goal is for clients to leave feeling greater self awareness, emotional resilience, and build confidence to live with intention and self trust. What I believe is that, to do this, we must be willing to face moments of adjustment and uncertainty so that we can meet our truest selves and reveal our deeper truths. Healing is not going to look pretty and poised, it will be messy and uncomfortable. I encourage clients to hold this perspective in mind as they work toward awareness, resilience, and confidence—even amid the mess—so they can recognize they are already in the right place to create the change they desire.
Katherine works with individuals and couples and has an interest in a broad range of specialities.

Witnessing the process of this work – the courage it takes to grow, to heal, and to come home to oneself – is what moves me most about this work.
Katherine is currently a virtual therapist at Connections Counseling Services, with availability Monday through Friday. Katherine holds appointments in both the AM and PM.
Outside of therapy, Katherine is someone who finds joy in the simple, grounding parts of life—creating art, cooking good food, staying active, and turning house projects into meaningful spaces that feel like home. As a proud dog mom, some of my favorite moments are the quiet everyday ones filled with movement, creativity, and connection. Above all, I value living a peaceful, intentional life and try to bring that sense of balance and warmth into everything I do.
