Accessible to Everyone

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

Connections Counseling Services is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Mental-health care should be easy to reach — and that starts with a website you can use, however you browse.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological needs.

What we do

We design for sufficient color contrast, full keyboard navigation with visible focus, meaningful image alternative text, clearly labeled forms, and respect for reduced-motion preferences. Our booking experience is built to be reachable and operable by keyboard and screen reader.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task. We test key templates with automated and manual checks and work to fix issues as we find them. Some third-party content (such as embedded maps or the scheduling portal) may not be fully under our control, and we provide accessible alternatives — including phone and text — wherever possible.

Need help, or found a barrier?

If you encounter any difficulty using this site, or need information in an alternative format, please let us know — we want to help and to improve. You can also schedule or get answers directly by phone or text.
