Why we host these nights
These free gatherings are our way of helping people slow down, meet others nearby, and enjoy something meaningful together. We believe relationships are where good things begin, and that healing happens through connection — so we make room for it outside the therapy office too.
What they're like
Past nights have included seasonal crafts like pumpkin painting, cocoa and treats, and plenty of unhurried conversation. They are simple, joyful, low-key evenings in a welcoming space — no program to sit through and no pressure to talk about anything you would rather not.
Who they're for
Everyone. You do not need to be a Connections client, or a therapy client at all. Bring your kids, your partner, a neighbor, or come on your own. Families are genuinely welcome — these are built with children in mind.
