What relationship problems look like
Most couples don't arrive in crisis overnight — they arrive after months or years of the same fight on repeat, slow drifting, or a trust that's been shaken. You might feel unheard, lonely even when you're together, stuck in cycles of criticism and defensiveness, or unsure whether you can come back from a betrayal.
These patterns are changeable. It's never too early — or too late — to get help.
How we help
Our licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFTs) use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and other attachment-based, evidence-informed approaches in marriage and couples therapy to help you understand the cycle underneath your conflict — and change it. The goal isn't to assign blame; it's to help you feel safe, close, and on the same team again. For couples affected by betrayal or pornography and sex addiction, we coordinate with our CPTT/CSAT clinicians.
What to expect
Begin with a free 30-minute consultation to find the right therapist and approach. Early sessions map your relationship's patterns and goals; from there you'll practice new ways of communicating, repairing, and reconnecting — at a pace that feels safe for both partners. Available in Orem, Murray, and online across Utah.
