Sound Bath with Drew
A sound bath is a guided relaxation experience where you rest while immersive tones from instruments like singing bowls wash over you. At Connections Counseling's Murray office, Drew Vernick facilitates sound baths for $30 per session — open to the community, no therapy required. Call or text to find out when the next session is scheduled.

What is a sound bath?
You lie down comfortably while Drew plays resonant instruments — singing bowls, chimes, and other sound tools. The vibrations wash over you, helping quiet a busy mind and ease tension in the body. There's nothing to do but rest and receive.
Who leads it?
Drew Vernick, LCSW, is a classically trained musician with advanced training in sound therapy and Qigong. He brings a unique blend of clinical training and Eastern contemplative practice to each session — creating a safe, calming, and deeply restorative experience.
Who it's for
Anyone looking for a gentle way to relax, decompress, or reconnect with themselves. No experience needed, and you don't need to be a current therapy client to attend. Sound baths are a welcoming space for anyone in the community.
