Our approach
Connections Counseling is an approved provider with LDS Family Services, so members referred through their bishop or through LDS Family Services can see our therapists directly.
Our clinicians provide evidence-based therapy — for anxiety, depression, trauma (EMDR/Brainspotting), marriage (EFT), and addiction/betrayal (CSAT/CPTT) — within a faith-respecting frame. We can coordinate appropriately with your ecclesiastical leaders at your direction, help you separate healthy faith from shame-driven patterns, and support recovery and relationships without judgment.
What to expect
Start with a free 30-minute consultation to find a clinician who fits your needs and values. You set the role faith plays in your therapy; we follow your lead. Care is confidential, warm, and goal-focused.
Insurance & access
We accept Select Health, BCBS, DMBA, and EMI Health, and we'll help verify benefits. Available in Orem, Murray, and online across Utah.

“Connections is amazing! It is so comforting to know that there is GOOD and LIFE CHANGING help out there, and that there are therapists willing to walk with you through the pain of it all rather than just nodding their heads and charging you lots of money.”
