We accept many major insurance plans and select Medicaid plans, and a free 30-minute consultation is available as an optional first step. We're in-network with Select Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, DMBA, and EMI Health, and we verify your benefits before your first visit. Out-of-network and self-pay options — including superbills for reimbursement — are available for care in Orem, Murray, and online across Utah.

Out-of-network & self-pay welcome
Not in-network? We can provide a superbill you submit to your insurer — with out-of-network benefits, they may reimburse a percentage of what you paid.

A free 30-minute consultation is available if you'd like one before you commit — for everyone, regardless of how you pay. It's an option, not a requirement.
What you'll pay
For most clients, therapy is billed through insurance, and your cost is your plan's copay or coinsurance after any deductible. Because every plan is different, the most accurate number comes from a quick benefits check — which we handle for you before your first session.
Prefer to pay privately, or out-of-network? We're happy to share our current self-pay rates. We can also provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you submit to your insurance company yourself. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurer may reimburse a percentage of the amount you paid. Just contact us with any questions.
Good Faith Estimate: If you're uninsured or paying out of pocket, you're entitled to a written estimate of expected costs under the federal No Surprises Act. Ask our front desk and we'll provide one.
