What is a Formal Full Disclosure?
A Formal Full Disclosure is a structured, therapist-guided conversation in which one partner shares a complete account of their behavior, and the other hears it in a prepared and supported setting. It is planned carefully and paced deliberately — both people have their own therapist, and both prepare in advance. The aim is to replace slow, fragmented discovery with one honest account, so that recovery can start from something solid.
This process is led by our CSAT-certified clinicians and coordinated with partner-trauma support. If you have questions about whether it is the right step, raise them with your therapist before submitting anything.
