Audrey Delatorre

Audrey Delatorre is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern at Connections Counseling Services. Her passion for helping others began with her own personal experience with therapy, which deepened her commitment to supporting individuals in their mental health journeys. She works with children ages 5 and up, teens, couples, and individuals.

Audrey creates a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can feel at ease. She takes a client-centered approach, respecting each person's unique experience and pace — her sessions are led by her clients, meaning she follows your priorities and rhythm. She believes that healing can only occur in a space free of judgment, and strives to ensure that every person is met with understanding and empathy.

Audrey shows up as an advocate for her clients, bringing open-mindedness and genuine support to every session. She is committed to providing kindness and awareness within her community, advocating for positive change, and helping clients reach their full potential.

Outside of the office, Audrey loves spending time with her husband and two cats, her friends and family, crafting, sports, and soaking up time in the sun.
