About Jackie

Jackie Johnson is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) at Connections Counseling Services. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client's story into the therapy room, and describes herself as a collaborative and holistic therapist who lets clients be intuitive about what they need.

Clients can expect a calm, compassionate, and collaborative environment. Jackie's style is warm and intuitive — she strives to meet clients where they are while gently challenging patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Sessions often incorporate mindfulness, reflection, skill-building, and practical strategies that support meaningful change.

Jackie believes healing happens through living in alignment with our authentic, intuitive selves. She is passionate about helping people recognize and reconnect with the goodness that already exists within them — and views therapy as a collaborative process that helps clients gain awareness, take meaningful action, and move toward what matters most.

Outside of therapy, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, crafting, scrapbooking, playing board games, and practicing yoga.
