Tegan shows up with openness and genuine authenticity. She takes an eclectic, collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that human behavior is complex and that each person's healing journey is unique. Her office is a place where you can be messy, make mistakes, express big emotions, and work through the hard stuff — the goal is not to appear to do well in session, but to truly thrive outside of it.

At times this process involves gently challenging thoughts and patterns that may have once helped you survive but are now keeping you stuck. Tegan supports clients in uncovering new insights, practicing skills, and reclaiming their sense of power — helping individuals and families make sense of their emotions, patterns, and behaviors in a safe, empowering space.

A California native turned Utah adventurer, Tegan is an avid outdoors enthusiast — often rappelling into canyons, catching passes in flag football, on the water, or chasing her nieces and nephews around. Her bookshelf swings from deep-dive psychology to swoony romance, and she rides a Kawasaki Ninja.
